What this website does and does not collect

This site has no user accounts, no customer database, no analytics platform and no advertising or tracking scripts. Simply browsing these pages creates no profile of you, and we do not sell or rent information about visitors to anyone.

There is one exception, described next: the quote request form.

The quote request form

When you submit the form on our Contact page, the details you enter — your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the city, the type of job, and whatever you write in the message field — are sent by email to our own inbox so that we can reply to you and schedule an on-site estimate. A short confirmation email is also sent to the address you provided.

That email delivery is handled on our behalf by Resend, an email service provider. Your submission passes through their systems in order to reach us. We do not store your submission in a database on this website; it lives in our email inbox like any other message you might send us.

• Purpose: responding to your request and scheduling the tree work you asked about
• Recipients: River City Arbor Care, and Resend as our email delivery provider
• Retention: kept in our email inbox for as long as needed to serve you and keep normal business records, then deleted on request
• Not used for: advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties

Anti-spam and abuse protection

To stop automated solicitation, submissions are checked before they reach our inbox. That check looks at the content of the message, a hidden field that real visitors never see, how quickly the form was completed, and how many submissions have recently come from the same network address. This is done to protect our inbox from bots, not to profile you, and no advertising or tracking service is involved.

Information you send us directly

If you call, text or email us instead, we receive whatever information you choose to share — typically your name, contact details and a description of the tree work you need. We use that information only to respond to you and to schedule and perform the on-site estimate or service you requested. We do not sell it.

Job photos and on-site visits

When a crew visits your property for an estimate or a job, we may take photos of the tree, the work site or the completed job for our own records and for scheduling or insurance purposes. These photos are kept with our business records and are not posted publicly or shared with any third party beyond what is needed to perform the work.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to delete the quote request you sent, or to tell you what we still hold. Call (904) 762-3786 or email raybullet2@gmail.com and we will take care of it. You are also free to skip the form entirely and simply call or email us.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this website ever begins collecting information in a new way — for example if analytics is added or the form starts saving to a database — this policy will be updated before that change goes live.
