Commercial & Property Management

Commercial Tree Services

River City Arbor Care works with property managers, HOAs, retail centers and developers across Clay County, Jacksonville and Northeast Florida to keep commercial properties safe, compliant and well maintained.

Who we work with

  • Property management companies
  • HOAs and community associations
  • Apartment and multifamily complexes
  • Retail centers and commercial plazas
  • Land developers
  • Municipalities and public agencies

Recurring maintenance on a schedule

Common areas, retention pond buffers, and entryway landscaping need routine trimming and deadwooding to stay safe and presentable. We can work on a recurring schedule that fits your budget and reporting needs instead of one-off calls every time something looks overgrown.

Land clearing for development

Before grading and construction can start, a site has to be cleared of brush, undergrowth and small-diameter trees. We coordinate with your project timeline so clearing is done and the site is ready when your other contractors are scheduled to move in.

Storm response for multiple properties

When a storm hits a portfolio of properties at once, response has to be prioritized and coordinated rather than handled property by property. We work with property managers and HOA boards to triage the most urgent hazards first and get common areas and access roads cleared.

Liability and hazard tree management

A dead or structurally compromised tree over a parking lot, walkway or leased unit is a liability exposure, not just a landscaping issue. We assess canopy across a property for hazard trees and provide straightforward recommendations for removal or reduction to manage that risk.
